Singapore

Despite having a holiday of our own in Singapore’s airport on our first trip to Australia, we decided to return to the most expensive place to visit, surprisingly enough, not just for the airport. Staying in Singapore’s cheapest hostel (at $40 a night) we explored the free options Singapore offered in an attempt to follow culture, rather than McDonalds. It’s safe to say we reached a compromise, but only because we had a series of run-ins with uncooked chicken!

Here’s four days of exploring Singapore on 25GBP a day- because it’s much harder than it sounds!

Changi Airport:
17 hours | 5 coffees | 2hrs of sleep | 43 butterflies | 1 swimming pool
